Stay current with emerging hardware features (like AI for PCs) and software maintenance, including critical security updates
According to Gartner: “30-50% IT helpdesk tickets are from end-user computing.” Maintaining old PC/Laptops impacts everyone's productivity, not just IT. So, outsource the mundane, repeatable device management work and free up IT's capacity.

Hear from our clients
It (OpEx) still underpins our fully hybrid model, we don't dictate people coming into the office, we have no desktop computers anymore. To have an OpEx model over three years, when you're going to replace them anyway, makes perfect sense. It gives us flexibility, which is great and we don't have to worry about the removal or destruction of those devices or how we're going to get rid of them or how we'll recycle them or what we're goin to do with those, we hand them back. We've got the contract with Xenith who will deal with the destruction of the data and remove that and then it's off our hands and we don't need to worry about it which has been an advantage.
